Deleted "Follow Up" folder. Outlook 2003

Someone deleted my "Follow up" folder in both my "folders" list and
"favorites".
Any assistance someone might be able to offer in recreating a Follow Up
folder that flagged items will automatically show up in would be immensely
appreciated!

Right-click Search Folders and choose New Search Folder -- the Follow Up
folder should be one of the preset choices.
