Synch Follow-Up e-mails with Mobile Phone? Other PC?

I am using Outlook 2007 and like to clean out my inbox by flagging e-mails
for follow up, then moving them to different folders. I have added my search
folder "Follow-Ups" to my favorite folders. Is there any way that I can
synch e-mails that I have marked for follow-up to my Windows Mobile phone?
Currently it only synchs my Inbox, but I try to keep that clean. I would
also love to be able to synch these e-mails to Outlook 2007 on my laptop for
when I am on the road. Any way of accomplishing this?

ActiveSync only syncs the inbox.
