Deleted folders

A few months ago I was bored and decided to see how many folders I
could create. I think I may have gotten into the million or hundred
thousands. Anyway, I deleted them all and emptied the recycle bin. As
you can imagine, that took quite a while. Today I was using an
application that was searching my hard drive and it started searching
all those folders I deleted! It was in the MFT folder and the RECYCLER
folder. Does anyone know how I can get them off my computer permenantly
and completely? I also don't know how to view the MFT folder.

Empty your Recyce Bin. Defragging will also overwrite
orphaned disk entries.

Well at least you don't appear too bored today.
