Deleted appt. keeps showing up in deleted items

I have an appointment from a month ago that i deleted. Now it keeps shoing
up in my deleted items over and over again, and it shows up as though i
invited other attendees, when this is not the case. It states that no
reponses have been received for this meeting. and this meeting occured in
the past. How do i get this deleted meeting to stop showing up in my deleted
items?

Try opening Outlook using the /cleanreminders switch, follow the steps listed
