Few Days ago, i used a boot disk because window is hanging after the boot
screen just before the welcome screen. I just copy some files from c:[System]
drive to d: drive[for backup purpose] using the boot disk. After that, [i
don't know why] windows is working perfect but there is a 0 kb file in d:
drive that has NO name. I tried to delete that fle but got the error >
"Cannot delete file: Cannot read from the source file or disk". I already
tried Safe Mode. I can't delete the file from Command prompt or the boot disk
because it dn't have even a single space in name.

Try to check drive for errors. Rightclick D drive / properties / tools / check drive for
errors.

I tried your suggestion "Yandos" but no luck.

And i am using Unlocker "Power user" but the list it displays is the same to
the list of the D: drive. May be that's because the file is nameless so it's
path is d:\
