Delete/Purge Macro for Outlook 2003

My email account is an IMAP account. I want to create a macro that deletes the selected message(s) if any are selected and then calls the "Purge deleted Items" command (whether or not any were just deleted, since some could have been deleted previously and not yet purged). If possible I'd also like to assign it a keyboard shortcut. Can anyone help me with this?
