delete or hide a tab without hurting navigation

I used a template provided by my ISP when setting up my web site because I
did not have Front Page loaded on my computer. Now that I have Front Page, I
do not need the Admin tab to make changes to the site. Visitors are
expressing confusion as to the purpose of this page, even though it clearly
states that purpose. How do I hide or delete that view without impacting
navigation?

If your template is using FP's navigation component, go to Navigation and
remove the Admin page from Navigation...do NOT delete it from the web just
from navigation (you'll get a box asking you this).
