lost all navigation links

Danny

I was having problems with the search engine from web
components in Front page giving me an answer that there
is "no catalog ". I told my internet provider who hosts
my web site and they reloaded Front Page extensions. now
I have lost all of my Navigation links to all pages.
I thought they had a back up of my site, but they don't
so they told me I would have to rebuild the navigation
links. Is that the only answer? And, how do you download
the web site back into Front Page so I will have a copy
of the web site on my computer and can back it up with my
devices.

1. The host the has to create the index catalog on their server for your account.

2. If the navigation is screwed up, then you don't want to publish it down to your PC. Instead you
would only want to publish your local copy to the server.
