Delayed Write failed

Hello i get a delayed write failed when i try to transfer
files from a network drive (or from my own computer) to a
jaz drive via a scsi card how can i get this to stop
giving the errors and start working properly

The Jaz drive is configured to use Write Caching.
Under Device properties for the drive are several
options in the Policy Tab. Quick Removal, or
Optimize for performance.

Caching writes is not recommended for Iomega
Jaz drives.

Jaz drives are notorious for disk corruption issues.
If you are "depending" on a Jaz for critical data
backup do yourself a favor and move to a DVD-R/W
unit and transfer any data from your Jaz to a more
dependable media. Jaz was absolutely the worst
product ever released from Iomega. I know because
I finally got them to give me a "full" refund for a unit
and 3 of their disk packs.
