Definitions

I have been having a lot of pop up problems recently. I downloaded Windows
Defender but am unable to update my definitions file. It was last updated
151 days ago - but when I try to check for new updates, it claims that there
are none. Please help!

Are you using XP?
Upadte in XP SP2 all the critical updªtes
Check windows updates to make sure you have the latest security patches and
service packs instªlled :
