Then Windows Defender (as of to day) is only an annoyance :-(
I use lots of programs that are non MS certified yet :-(

You do not explicity specify "Allowed items". After you do a scan and
Windows Defender finds suspected malware, you have the option to specify
"Always Allow". If you do so, then the items will appear under "Allowed

so that is not the way. I think it is very strange that when it tells
you about new startup programs and ask for your choice - it still does
not remember that. Should be a "Remember this program" choice there.
