Default Mail Client

I get the error message "Either there is no default mail client or the
current mail client cannot fulfill the messing request. Please run microsoft
office outlook and set it as the default mail client."
I have set it as the default client, I have switched to express setting it
as default, I have verified my email account is ok. No matter what I continue
to get this error. The program works fine however I'm am tired of this
incorrect error message always in the backgroung.

Sorry, no solution from me but I get the same message every time I boot the
PC and when I log in as a user. I do not want office outlook as the default
mail client! How to get rid of this???
