default email page background color

There is a way to set the default new email background color, other
then setting it each time with option/page color ?

Version of Outlook?

Did you look in tools, options, mail format, stationery and fonts? Pick a
new theme.
Or you can create the look you want in a new mail message and save it as
stationery, then set it as default.
