debug message when loading explorer

Whenever I load IE I get a message a debug message:

usage: mdm[option]

options:
/dumpjit
/remotecfg:
/service:register MDM

After the message it does load IE but it takes a while to
load. I have already reinstalled Windows XP, downloaded
a fresh copy of IE 6.0 and also downloaded all the
updates. So far, nothing has fixed this problem. I also
often crash out of IE after it loads. Please help!

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).

Look at what is started when you boot. Anything that you are not aware of?

What are the error messages you get one you have started your computer and
or browsing?
