DCOM Error

Hi,

I have been receiveing this error:

"The server {D61A27C6-8F53-11D0-BFA0-00A024151983} did not
register with DCOM within the required timeout."

I searched in regedit and found that this culprit
"D61A27C6-8F53-11D0-BFA0-00A024151983" refers to: NtmsSvr Class; but
when I looked this up using Start-->Search-->Files and Folders, I got zero
results even though I had set to "Show Hidden Files and Folders"

What gives? Am I right to say that this error is caused from my missing
NtmsSvr Class?

--Is NtmsSvr Class in the "Optional Components" in WinXP installation disk?
or instead
--Would it be okay if I reinstall SP2 and see if this cures it.
or
--Am I completely going to wrong route here in diagnosing this error?


Normally I wouldn't bother except that everytime I try to lauch
NTBackup.exe, I get this message error from my Event viewer.
I need to backup my files and I can't do it because of this--I want to fix
this.


Any Input, suggestions would be appreciated.
