Daylight Saving (Aust)

I have a PC (not this one) that isn't connected to the internet. It runs a
security access system and I need it to change time this weekend when re come
off Daylight Saving. Is there any way to program the Date/time function to do
this during the night? - The security access program takes it's time off the
PC clock

Double-click (or right-click) on the clock and in the Time Zone tab make
sure that the option to "Automatically adjust..." is checked. If your
computer is up to date with all the Windows updates the clock should
adjust automatically.

As mentioned the PC is not connected to the internet (and hasn't been for the
last 12 months) I doubt if the "Automatic Update" will function correctly -
is there any way to manually enter the change

It will ajust it self as long as you make sure the time zone is the proper
one for youre area.
doesnt need to be connected to the net to do this.

Chuck's problem is that, in Eastern Australia, the end of daylight
saving has been extended by a few weeks. Therefore the time zone in
his computer is now out of date, and as the computer is not connected
to the internet the MS updates to cover this is not available.

Hence my suggestion in previous psot that he use Karen's Zone Editor
