DAX Errors

I do have another bug which I'd seen before but for seem
reason seems to be ever present now. When I select My
Computer, My Documents, Recycle Bin or Explorer from the
desk icons I get a window appearing with DAX Error and
then "Access violation at address.... No problems with
any other programs just those 4. There's nothing on the
MS Knowledge Base that refers to DAX. I wonder if any of
your user groups seen anything similar or know what DAX
is???

Google has plenty of hits on DAX.

DAX appears to be related to Delphi database access components. However, I
think that an extremely small quantity of Windows is written in Delphi, so
it isn't a stock error.
