Database sharing

I want to share a database which is on computer A. Both
computers have access 2003 loaded. When I try to open the
database on computer B I get an error message "Could not
lock file" error 3050 - do not understand what I have to
do. Can you tell me how to get the database up on
computer B.

Computer B's user must have RWCD privileges for the folder on computer A, where your database is
