dark sceen !!!

my screen (MAG) is too dark.
I'v allready change the SCREEN brightness= 100% contrast = 100%.

Are there any WINDOWS settings to change ??

No. Could be the monitor is failing.

I had a similar problem some four years back becase of a burnt-up
ethernet card that had been hit through the cable by lightning. The
card was drawing a heavy current from the SMPS, and the monitor was not
getting enough. As a temporary measure, I pulled out the LAN cable. I
put in a new LAN card and everything worked okay.
In a nutshell, I suggest you should check whether the power supply to
the monitor from the SMPS is adequate.

Some video cards (nvidia) allow you to adjust the gamma, and
brightnoss and contrast to eek more life out of a dying CRT. One of the
common failure modes of a CRT is it just gets darker and darker.
