Customize Outlook Today?

Outlook 2000. In the top right corner of the "Outlook Today" window is a
box labeled
"Customize Outlook Today". When I click it, it depresses like it's active
but nothing happens. Same thing if I right-click it. How do I customize
that view? (Under the drop-down "view" menu there is no "customize this
view" choice.
