Customize Outlook Today button doesn't respond

In Outlook 2000 there is a button in the upper right hand
corner of the Outlook Today window labeled Customize
Outlook Today. When I 'click' on the feature to try to
open it, nothing happens.

Can you tell me how to get this feature working? I have
run the Detect and Repair program but the button still
does not open.I am using Win 98 SE and Office 2000.
