customize contact form using outlook 2003

Hi
I have customized a contact form in outlook 2003 for our database. The first page remain the same, but developed a second page with user defined fields. I can import the information on the first page from excel but second page will be filled individually having about 4,000 records. Is there way to import/export user defined fields or do you have any solution to this problem. Also the customized forms will be used by number of people....where is the best place to publish the form. The folder is in the Public Folder. Another problem I discover was that when customized form is used and when you use the "Find" feature it will responde with the default form rather than the customized form....any solution to this?

Outlook doesn't support importing to a custom form. You'd have to write
custom code or use a third-party application. See
http://www.slipstick.com/dev/customimport.htm.

If the records will be stored in a public folder, publish the form to that
public folder.

WARNING: If users access the PF through the Favorites hierarchy, they will
certainly experience forms cached corruption and possibly other problems.

I have seen other reports of the Find problem but don't know of any
workaround.

Dear Sue;

Thank you for your reply. As I searched further on the internet, I was able to gather more information regarding is matter. The Advance find feature will load the custom form when searching.
Thank you again!
