Custom View

Hi All

This might not be the right Forum to ask so please let me know.

I am setting up a custom Task form. I have setup also the way to view this
using Custom Current View in O2003 can the views be saved for other users to
use? What I can see happening is once I have the form published to a public
folder I will then have to go around each computer and setup the views so
they can see a summary using the custom fields I have created for this form.

Cheers
Paul

To force users to see a custom view when they open a public folder:

-- Create the custom view, choosing the "On this folder, visible to
everyone" option

-- On the Properties dialog for the folder, on the Administration tab,
select your view as the initial view on the folder.

-- Choose View | Current View | Define Views, and at the bottom of that
dialog, check the box for "Only show views created for this folder."
