Custom Forms

I have a custom form created for contacts and I'd like to replace the default
contacts with this custom form for everyone in my company. I know I can set
the contacts to use this custom form manually but I need to automate this so
that everyone will default to it without visiting each of their machines.
How would I go about do this?

You might want to publish hte custom form in the Organization Forms library.

After this, you can ask the exchange admin to set the custom form as the
default contact form.

Hope this helps!!!

If you have Outlook 2000 or later, you can make a registry change to substitute your custom form for the default form. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm#changedefault . You could deploy the necessary reg key using whatever method you normally use to deploy registry changes to clients.

Does my custom form need to be publish somewhere or installed on the client's
machine before I can substitute it with the default?

As that page explains, yes, the form must be published.
