Move Contacts with custom form

I created a custom contact form and imported data into it from an
Excel spreadsheet. This contact form is in an Exchange 2003 mail
box. I then created a PST file and copied the contacts to the PST
file. I can open a contact in this PST file and it will use the
custom form.

When I copy this PST file to another computer, use Outlook and choose
File/Open Data File and choose this PST, the contacts I open use the
default contact form, not my custom contact form.

Is there any way to transfer this PST file to another computer and
have the new computer use the custom contact form?

is the form available on the other computer? Try publishing it to the pst
then set the folder to always use that form.
