Hi,
Having a super frustrating problem on my brand new computer (HP Pavillion,
two weeks out of the box).
Occasionally, my pointer is stuck at the lower left corner of the screen and
there's no moving it. I have to reboot to unstick it (or resort to using a
mouse).
I need to know why this is happening.
I am also having weird things happen with CAPs loc - occasionally, my typing
is all in caps, even when the caps lock is off. When I click it on, all the
text is in lower case. Weird.
The computer is new and has a TON of hard drive/RAM. All my programs are
legit and registered. I have the usual gang of suspects in terms of add-ons
(Picassa, Quicktime, Adobe, Messenger) I'm using Office 2003 and have never
had a problem with it or this problem on my last HP.
Looking for a techie to get me out of this jam, please and thanks.
