Ctrl+P window not appearing anymore

I accidentally removed the print (Ctrl+P) option from the standard menu. I
tried to put it back but now the report is printed directly without showing
the Ctrl+P window first. I tried to put the option back and to rebuild it by
adding Ctr+P, but no luck.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Solved. When you select the toolbar in the edit-menu, you can reset it to
the default values.

Easiest would be to just select the menu in the dialog and press the
reset button. That should set built-in menu back to the microsoft defaults.
