Access 97: Report printing problem

Hi!

Can somebody help me?

The Access program is running under Windows XP.

When I press Ctrl+P from report preview, print dialog opens. In Print range
option frame is always selected "Print pages from 1 to 1". If I select
option "Print all" I got only 1st page. Whatever I do only 1st page is
printed.

If I want all pages to be printed I must select "Print pages from 1 to N",
where N is total number of report pages.

How to put in function option "Print all"?

Hi!

Then What Do You Mean By Function?

I mean possibility to use option 'Print All', not some extra written
function.
