I export data AD from server1 via CSVDE & LDIFDE. Now I am
importing AD data to another Server (not in server1's
forest). Am I doing right?

Are you trying to sync the two directories??? If you are then a simple CSVDE
or ldifde data would need a lot of modifications i.e. upn suffix, fqdn etc
before you can import it in another directory service.
If you are trying to achieve directory syn then you should be using a third
party metadirectory sync product or MS MIIS server which will import data in
its connector space database and export it back out to the other directory.
