CSVDE or LDIFDE

I am adding a large number of new users to a Windows 2000 domain. I
would like to use CSVDE or LDIFDE for the import. I lack the expertise
of Visual Basic, so my tools are limited. I think either of these will
do what I want. I just have some basic issues that I need to clear up.

1) From reading other threads here I see that the "memberOf" data
cannot be ADDED with either CSVDE or LDIFDE. Is there a different
field I can use to accomplish putting users in their appropriate
groups? Will LDIFDE allow me to do this during the import or after the
users are created?
2) Similarly I need to adjust other properties of the user's objects
and I don't see the fields in an export from Active Directory They
are: a) TS profiles b) Home drive path and letter. Is this also
possible to do with either of these tools??

I am also looking for a reference to the fields in the user objects so
I can get a more clear understanding of them. Can anyone recommend a
document for this?

Thank you!!

If you use a Windows XP workstation, you can use the Active Directory
Command-Line tools.

DSADD
DSMOD
DSQUERY,
etc..
