Installed 3DMark 11 Basic edition which only lets you run Benchmark tests at 1024 resolution.

Should I of had better results ?

PCIE is set back to default @ 100 in BIOS, did notice one setting in red though (pic below)

Is within the DRAM Timing Control section (could it just be in red cos I've changed the Mem speed to 1937Mhz ?. The rated speed on the Memory is 2000Mhz

Thought you said you loaded BIOS defaults? Are you sure its not a dodgy setting in the Asus auto OC settings you used?

Yeah I did restore defaults and did tests, nothing changed and is why I went back to using the Auto overclock setting.

Got work tomorrow but will put everything back to default again and will try all tests I've done again.

I just played Metro 2033 for the first time, on Max setting and HD resolution. The first long dip was when it was loading the next level, and second was when I quit the game.

Ah i see. :)

Well there aint much wrong with your GPU usage during Metro. ;)
