Cryptographic Services

Help - I cannot install any windows hotfixes off net as I
don't have Cryptographic Services installed. Any
suggestions as I've tried everything! Cheers

Under the Help menu, click "About Internet Explorer"
What is your Cipher strength?

If not 128 the start here and get the update.
