Cruise ship tycoon

I just installed Cruise ship tycoon, but when I start the
game my whole system locks right up. I ahve enough RAM and
a Pent 4 at 2.2 G. I have a Nvida GeForce 2 MX 400 card.
What can I do to get it running?
