Creating vcards

I would like to convert all contacts to vcard format without having to do
each one individually. I have about 500 contacts. In several of the posts,
references were made to using the actions->Forward as vcard option to create
and send them as email attachments. I am running Office Outlook 2003 and do
not have that option on my actions menu. How do I get access to it. I am
also having a problem creating individual vcards. Periodically I get the
error message "Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter
values are not valid." when I attemp "save as" for a vcf file. I looked at
the contact data and can find nothing wrong. Wouldn't it be nice if the
error message actually told you something specific about the error.

I downloaded and tried outpod and it does not work. Upon startup, it reports
"Outlook can not be found on this system". I send a message to the
developer. Any other suggestions?
