Creating Stationery for Outlook Messages

S

Sara

I recently created a template that mirrors our firm
stationery for users who intend to send a letter by fax.
How can I create this as a "stationery" for e-mail
messages. I attempted to save the word template as htm
and/or html, then save it to the same location as the
other stationery - where "Clear Day" and those other sort
of backgrounds are - but doesn't work.

Also, if you have the answer to this - will I be able to
put information at top and bottom of the e-mail message
page or will I just have to put everything at the top
(i.e., our firm stationery has Name across top and Address
across bottom).

Thanks - Sara

Just a quick note that might help save you loads of times. I was asked
to build html stationery that conformed with our corporate image and
branding. Wanting something a little more special that what outlook
allows you to create, as well as the free tools out there we found a
company in the UK that produces very very wow stationery (they
produced it and mailed it back same day!) – like I said I was just a
pointer if it saves you some time great and some head aches all the
better. The link is
