I am working with Outlook 2002. I am having some difficulty creating rules to manage my e-mail. I tried to make a rule that would move all incoming messages from certain people in my address book to a different folder in my Inbox. When Outlook prompted me to choose the addresses from my address book, I chose several, but when I ran the rule none of the messages were moved. I was only able to get the messages to move to the folder by creating individual rules for each person's e-mail address. I am having similar problems with sent mail.
