Creating PDF file using Access 2007

We have two computers in our office with Access 2007. We upgraded both to
produce a PDF file from a report. In both cases, the upgrade indicated that
the upgrade was successful. On one computer we have a toolbar item called
PDF or XPS in the Export Data>Export section. This toolbar button works as
expected. The second computer does not have this toolbar button. As far
as I know, both computers have an identical setup.

Can someone suggest why the PDF capability is missing eventhough it appeared
the upgrade was successful on the one computer?

Genojoe,

Try applying all of the updates for Office. I had a lot of problems that
were cleared up with updates.
