Creating e-mail template with the From: field filled

Hi,

I am trying to create an e-mail template where the From field and the CC:
field has an e-mail address automatically filled in. When I save the
template the CC: filed is fine, however, the address in the From: field is
empty.

Is there a way to save a template with an e-mail address in the From: field?

Are you saving this template as an .oft file? In what version of Outlook?
