Did you add the Outlook Address Book Service to your profile? (Tools >
Account Settings > Address Books).

I also converted from XP to O2007. Contacts OK. Cannot get contacts in to
address books. The OABS shows Outlook Address Book (type MAPI) but the
Contacts Folders properties Address Box is greyed out. What next?

If you can, remove and reinstall the Outlook Address Book service in your
mail profile. Otherwise, you'll need to create a new mail profile.
