Would you like an e-mail template, or say, a Word template?
Word Template:
Simply create the template in Word, then right-button drag/drop the file
into Outlook and choose "Copy" in the context menu. The file will then
appear in your folder list and can thus easily be accessed.
Outlook Template (Form):
Create a new e-mail template. In the e-mail window, go to Tools / Forms /
Publish Form As... . Choose to publish to your Inbox. Once published, you
can create an instance of the template by going to the Actions menu and
choosing the item "New <TemplateName>"
Hope this helps
