Outlook 2007 - How to create a 'Meeting Request' template

Outlook 2007 -Word 2007 as the editor

Please advise on how to create a 'Meeting Request' template which can be
reused.

It works like a charm.

How can I access the template created from within Outlook. I presently have
saved the same on my desktop and reuse the same.

You can use the Tools | Forms | Choose Form command, but launching it from the desktop is likely to be quicker. A VBA macro would be another idea, if you're inclined that way.

I will stick to launching from the desktop - it sure is faster :) (Don't
know any VBA Macro)
