Creating a booklet/catalog with Access

Hello, I'm trying to print a catalog of my Hand Painted Italian Charms. I've
got them grouped by categories. I'm using regular sized paper, but have it
turned in landscape form, divided by columns, then folded in half (like a small
booklet).
Example ...

Charm | Charm
Charm | Charm
Charm | Charm
Charm | Charm
- pg.1 - - pg.2 -

This works out nicely, but I have to fold my pages in half, then put then side
by side and staple them. This causes only one side to be printed on and I have
to go through and tape together the blank pages so I don't open them.

This is fine for my reference, but I don't want to give out such an
unprofessional catalog to my customers. I need for the pages to print out like
this ...

1st page, side one, left side: Back page
1st page, side one, right side: Front cover
1st page, side two, left side: First page
1st page, side two, right side: Last page

2nd page, side one, left side: Page 5
2nd page, side one, right side: Page 2
2nd page, side two, left side: Page 3
2nd page, side two, right side: Page 4

Does this make sense? Is there anyway I could do this in Access? Obviously,
I'm a novice, but not quite a beginner.

Thanks a ton,
Jody )

Jody:

The easiest way to do this is to use Blue Squirrel Software's Click Books
printer add in. It will save you a bunch of time and headache otherwise.
