Create rule for Undeliverable email

My requirement is if user received any Undeliverable email with error code
5.2.3, I want to send the plan txt email to particular user.

How can I do that?

please support to me.

Where do you get stuck?
You can set a condition to look for that error message in the body or
subject and the action to forward it to a specific user.

Thanks for your reply, actually i tried to a rule but Create Rule option
is Not Active.

Can you tell me the steps how to do this. please find the below email error
message

Subject : Undeliverable: A new fax has arrived from 043310387 (Part 1 of 1)

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: A new fax has arrived from 043310387 (Part 1 of 1) on Channel 0

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

ABC (Auto ) on 3/21/2009 8:53 AM
This message is larger than the current system limit or the
recipient's mailbox is full. Create a shorter message body or remove
attachments and try sending it again.

if To: emailfax user got that message i want to send a auto reply plan txt
emai to ABC (Auto )

please help me to do this. not only this users, sometimes it's giving the
NDR for someother users.

Use Tools-> Rules and Alerts...

You can for instance check on the word "Undeliverable" in the subject or
"Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients." in the
message body. Then set the action to forward the message to a specific user.

You can of course check on other words (error codes) as well.

there you can see two diffrent users, i don't want to create each user for
seperate rule. what i want to do if i get the NDR error code 5.2.2 / 5.2.1 i
want to send the plan text email to same user.

i tried to create a rule "subject : Undeliverable:, 5.2.3" my problem is how
to send the reply...

if you can possible to send me the rule.....

i'm waiting your answer.

how to do that.
