Create custom forms - templates in Outlook 2002

Lena

Hello!
I need to find the way to create Outlook informational form-template
with rich text with hyperlinks in the body of the email. We need this
for our Marketing to be able to send out informational emails for our
customers.
In the past I was using Microsoft Exchange form designer to create
Outlook forms and publish them, but those were mostly for data entry.

Thank you,

Yelena

Can you be more specific about what you want to do beyond just creating a message and saving it as an .oft file?

Sue,

The Marketing department has rich text documents that they are using
to email to customers, they are using particular styling in their
documents (font and color), and some documents have hyperlinks.
Normally they just copy and paste the text into email body.

My question was is it possible to create Outlook forms that already
have this rich text in the body of email and when they need to email
it they just go to the forms in Outlook and email them.

Hopefully it answers your question.

Sure, you can save a message as an .oft file or publish it as a form. Or create stationery with that information in it.
