Share custom form with other users inside organization

I've created a custom form for our project managers to use when sending me
resourcing requests, but I can't figure out how to actually get the template
to the project managers. I published it to one of my folders but that appears
to be confined to my own mail folders. I also saved it as a .oft file but
can't seem to get it to open that way. (I get a message: "The custom form
could not be opened. Outlook will use an Outlook form instead")
I'm using Outlook 2003, most of the PMs are usiing 2007 (long story).
I'm a pretty experienced Outlook user and I've created custom forms for
myself before, but I have no programming skills. How can I make this form
available to the PMs please?

Unless you can publish the form to the Organizational Forms library (ask your administrator), each person will need to get the .oft file from you and save it to their local hard drive, then follow these steps:

1) Choose Tools | Forms | Choose Form.

2) Select "User templates in file system."

3) Browse to the folder where the .oft file is saved.

4) Select that file.

5) When the item opens, on the Developer tab, choose Publish and publish the form to the Personal Forms library with exactly the same message class as you're using for those items.
