Copying CD

I have attempted many times to make copies of original cd's with no success.
I have stacks of different brand cd's that just want work. Each time I try to
copy a disk, the cd I'm copying to is ejected and a popup displays that reads
" please insert a writable cd in the drive" Is there a trick to making copies
or is there something seriously wrong with my RW drives. I don't have any
problems reading cd's on either drive; just problems with burning copies. The
burner drive is a Phillips that came with my HP. Do I need a specific type of
blank CD's? Help!!!!!

First thing No one really will tell you how to make coppies of original CF
being Coppyone program music etc. would be bootleging which is not legal But
if you are having trouble making a picture music CD ETC i would look at the
software you are using and see if there is an Option dor the speed you are
burning at if so choose the lowest speed. That should help though it takes
londer it will keep resources on your computer free to do other things
