Copy part of the form to another document

I created a form telmpate in word and locked so that you can only fill in the
form. Is there any way to allow users to copy part of the form and paste it
into a new document?

Not without unlocking the form.
If you can identify what you want to copy, you can unlock the form, copy the
text to another document and re-lock the form using a macro. The basic code
for unlocking and locking a form is shown at
