copy folder without changing date/time?

Zip the folder containing all the folders you don't want the date modified.
Unzip it at its destination and voila! The modified dates on the folders have not changed.
Easy Peasy!

i tried many ways and tricks which i found online but there was none which was applicable to windows. i also found many software and tool online which fake claim to be able to preserve the creation date of files but most of them resulted as failures . the only software which could perform this satisfactorily and with easy of workijng was GS
RichCopy 360 Enterprise. The software also has some other features like e-mail notification when job is done, scheduling your copy etc which proved very helpful. Its very robust and reliable. I've been using it myself from a long time. You must give it a try. Hope this might help.
