Copy contact list to Outlook on another computer

I would like to copy my contact list to my wife's laptop. We both use
Outlook 2007. How do I do this?

By default, Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 displays names in your Contacts
list in the first name, last name format rather than the last name, first
name format. In this case, the first names of contacts are used to sort your
Contacts list alphabetically.<<<

This is from the Microsoft Outlook Help response to "Contact list," Russ. I
presume you stand corrected? Unfortunately a search for it 'here' did not
provide me with the answer for which I was looking. Thank you for the links
which I will pursue.

Russ,

I apologize for my inability to sort this out, depsite having used Outlook
since the start and worked with computers for forty years. I have looked
through the Contacts section of the Outlook discussion group and have
reviewed the three links that you list. None answers what I presume is a
simple question. I do not want to copy a whole pst file and I do not have a
pab file that I can find on my eight hard drive system. I visualize
exporting the contacts from my own system to a file that I will put on a
flash drive and then import them to my wifes laptop. I have carefully
reviewed the help files as well as much of the discussion group material
still presented, plus one or two reference volumes. So far, I cannot find
how to do it. Would you mind, apparently one more time, indicating how this
is done?

Now you see what I mean, so no I do not "stand corrected." There is no
Contact List in Outlook.
All Outlook data is in the PST file. If for some reason you are opposed to
copying your PST file, then you can copy your Contacts into their own
separate PST file and copy that.

Thank you so much, Russ. Now that hardly hurt at all, did it! :)
