"Cookies Disabled" error

Help! I'm not able to log into Hotmail and some other
sites. The error message says "cookies are disabled."
I've set my IE security and privacy settings at LOW, but I
still get the "cookies are disabled" message.

I've recently installed both ZoneAlarm and GhostSurf,
which may have caused the problem. But I've set both of
them to allow everything for those sites....still "cookies
are disabled."

Just went to the GhostSurf Privacy Control panel, which
has a list of all the websites I visit.

Highlighted the sites I wanted to allow cookies for, then
selected "Allow Everything." That's all, now those
websites work!
